Getränke Geins celebrates its 150-year anniversary
150 years are an impressive number and a good reason to celebrate. With more than 400 business partners and friends, Getränke Geins looked back on 150 successful years at a ceremony in Munich’s MVG Museum.
The guests celebrated in an elegant ambience with culinary delicacies and breathtaking show highlights. The reception took place on the terrace of the MVG Museum, which was bathed in sunlight – and guests were offered refreshing aperitifs, of course in the company colour red. In the MVG Museum, the hall was festively decorated. The stage was at once an eye-catcher, which was set up as a warehouse and also offered a glimpse of the warehouse of Getränke Geins. Sabine Sauer, presenter of the Bayerischer Rundfunk, hosted the evening. Among the well-wishers was also Minister of Transport Andreas Scheuer, who congratulated the family Geins on their company’s success.
In an emotional speech, Rainer Geins (5th generation and current company director) thanked the guests and above all his parents, Bärbel and Wolfgang Geins, who have turned the company into what it is today with passion and strength. After the buffet, the ensemble of the M.A.K. Company and the drummers “Power Percussion” got the audience rocking and started off the aftershow party.
The band “Tough Talk” provided atmospheric music and a wonderful end to the festive anniversary celebration with dancing, delicious cocktails and good conversations.
We thank Getränke Geins for their trust and wish them all the best for the next 150 years.
