Thermomix Adventure Trip | Edinburgh

trendhouse with Thermomix in Edinburgh

Clear air mixed with sunshine and plenty of warm hospitality – approx. 85 participants enjoyed all of that at this year’s Thermomix sales conference in Edinburgh.

Upon arrival in the Scottish city, the first way led directly to the heart of the impressive old town – of course just in time for afternoon tea. In a time-honoured library, which was available exclusively for the guests, typical Scottish delicacies were served on three-tier servers, decorated with loving care.
The following day took us out of town and into the wonderful and idyllic nature of this North European country. Our goal: Winton Castle! Endless expanses consisting of two-thirds of farmland and one-third of woods – and in the middle a little castle, dating back to 1150. All of this only for the Thermomix guests.
The third day began in a royal way: during a “Fascinator Workshop”, which had been organised specially for the group, all guests could make their own royal headdress – entirely according to their taste. Alongside the guests, nobody other than Sally-Ann Provan – THE best-known milliner in Scotland – who has created enchanting headdresses for Ascot, the royal family and film and television. The evening continued to be royal, as the final gala evening lay ahead: in evening dresses and adorned with fascinators, the guests entered the “Royal Botanical Garden”, the patron of which is Queen Elizabeth II. Here, the absolute highlight of the evening: the manager of Thermomix Austria welcomed the group and announced a very special guest. To the sound of fanfares, bodyguards appeared, a black limousine with royal flag drove up, the music changed to “God save the Queen” and none other than the Queen herself stepped out.

But even such an adventurous journey has to come to an end, so that on Day 4 people set off on their way home – taking with them incredible memories of lovely days! We would like to say thank you for the great cooperation and the amazing time.
