Together with our experienced team, you will join our demanding projects. You are a competent contact person for our customers and represent trendhouse vis-à-vis service providers and event industries. We are looking forward to enthusiastic initiators who like to think out of the box and enjoy thinking outside the box. In doing so, you will ideally build on an existing industry network and inspire us with professionally convincing reference projects in which you were involved.

Your tasks:

• Independent conception, presentation, planning and implementation of events in Germany and abroad, responsibility for sub-projects in complex productions
• Project management of customers, trades and the internal project team
• Selection, negotiation and coordination of internal and external trades
• Calculation, budget controlling and billing
• independent preparation of process, construction, management and personnel deployment plans
• Supervision and management of local implementation (internal and external project team)
• Follow-up and evaluation

Your profile:

• Completed studies or similar qualified training in the area of marketing/ event management
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a (junior) project manager
• Creativity and enthusiasm for staging, attention to detail
• Management skills vis-à-vis project staff and service providers
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, resilience and assertiveness
• Service-oriented, structured and organized way of working
• Very good use of MS Office, preferably further IT skills
• good written and spoken English skills
• Interest in culture and lifestyle, social media affinity
