Staging Strategies — Make strategy tangible

Meetings, conferences, kick-offs — we transform business events into powerful experiences. With well-thought-out storytelling, impressive stage design and innovative workshop formats, we stage content in such a way that it is not only heard but experienced.

Whether inspiring speakers, interactive sessions or team building elements — we create spaces in which strategies are tangible and teams grow noticeably closer together.

Because real impact isn't random production.

With Premium Partner Day, Bosch Powertools brings its best retailers together to inform them about the next evolution of the Partner Program. New products, improved services, even more targeted retailer support — the Partner Program 2.0 is a real game changer. Our concept: make the close connection between Bosch Powertools and its premium partners tangible. As soon as they arrive at Stuttgart's Wagenhallen, guests are immersed in this success story — a timeline of tape art on the floor takes them directly to the location through the highlights of the collaboration. The setup: a specially built stand with a raw chipboard look, a catwalk stage on which all lines converge. In a thrilling opening show, the hosts, together with presenter Désirée Duray, greet the guests. Close to the audience, with strong eye contact and enthusiasm, the impulses condense into an emotional highlight — the unveiling of the new partner program. Then the backdrop opens, the screen moves upwards — and gives a glimpse of the next stage: the workshop area. Tape art points the way to the future, which must now be shaped together. After just 45 minutes of plenary session, the open exchange follows: four rotating sessions, which lead to a jointly worked out result in the evening. The end is a relaxed conclusion — with inspiring discussions and a clear commitment: *We are strong partners. *

City of Munich — Step 40

  • Speaker management and direction
  • catering

Step40 — a visionary project by the planning meeting of the City of Munich — was created with intensive citizen participation and stands for Munich's bold journey towards a sustainable future by 2040. With the involvement of citizens, innovative approaches to urban development were developed that formulate concrete measures and future visions for the city. At the City Makers Conference, this groundbreaking concept was ceremoniously presented to City Planning Councillor Prof. Elisabeth Merk, marking an important milestone in Munich's urban agenda. Our contribution was decisive: We created a sustainable stage design that primarily works with cost-effective scaffolding elements and makes the topic of urban development visually tangible. This concept created a space that promotes creative exchange and dialogue about Munich's future — a genuine experience that impressively showcases urban change. Together with the client and renowned specialist offices for architecture and urban development, we sharpened the content line, coordinated all trades and directed. The result was a coherent overall concept that sustainably underlines Munich's decisive step towards 2040.

TUM Sustainability Day

Key facts:

  • Design, planning, implementation
  • 6,000 visitors, over 100 exhibitors
  • Technical Approval Planning
  • Sustainable trade fair concept
  • Integration of student initiatives
  • Implementation of the Accompanying Congress
In mid-June 2024, the campus of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Garching became a center for sustainable innovations. TUM Sustainability Day 2024 attracted around 6,000 visitors and offered a varied program with inspiring lectures, interactive workshops and over 100 initiatives that presented their pioneering projects. The topics ranged from climate-friendly mobility and circular economy to sustainable energy and food production. Top-class keynote speakers such as former Formula One World Champion and current sustainability investor Nico Rosberg and TUM Vice President for Sustainable Development, Prof. Werner Lang, shared their visions and experiences with the participants. Particularly outstanding: Sustainability was not just content, but also lived practice. Together with TUM's Sustainability Office, we took over the entire planning and implementation — from the safety concept to the holistic sustainable organization of the event. Resource-saving exhibition construction, climate-neutral catering and close cooperation with public transport made the event a showcase example of sustainable event management. The day was rounded off by creative and interactive formats, including a surprising dance flash mob, which underscored the lively and engaging atmosphere of the event. We are proud to have supported TUM's Sustainability Office with this groundbreaking project — an event that shows how sustainability can be presented in an innovative, inspiring and effective way.

Annual opening agency sales meetings

  • Strategic storytelling
  • Stage and room design
  • Motion design and video production

What began in 2013 as a merger of seven regional events is now a central platform for the industry — and continues to develop year after year. Each event tells a new story that is consistently based on current developments in insurers' business models. Topics such as digital sales, omnichannel strategies, customer centricity and data-based relationship management are not only presented, but also brought to life. For example, we staged the topic of customer centricity with two actors who were directly on stage as “customers.” They responded live to the speakers' presentations, asked critical questions and finally entered into direct dialogue — an entertaining and impressive way of focusing on the customer's perspective. The presentation also reflected profound structural changes within the industry: The strategic conversion of seven sales regions into two sales areas was represented by a complete transformation of the stage design. After the break, the participants were offered a completely new hall: Where previously seven groups sat in front of a classic frontal stage, they now found themselves in two clearly separated areas — with a middle stage as a connecting element. In doing so, we always work cost-consciously and rely on creative solutions that achieve maximum effect without tying up unnecessary budgets. Whether flexible stage elements with dual use or smart productions with minimal technical expenditure — we combine strategic thinking with clever implementation. Year after year, individual stage sets, innovative motion design and dramaturgically thought-out productions are created that impart knowledge, arouse emotions and are remembered for a long time. From advising speakers to directing, from location research to perfect implementation — we don't just design events, we stage strategy.
