Munich — for the international employees of BMW AG, the Bavarian state capital is of course the headquarters of our customer. But BMW wouldn't be BMW without Munich. And without the B for Bayern, BMW wouldn't be the brand it is today. Our concept for international sales incentives in the aftersales sector therefore relates to all the things that — from our local perspective — represent Bavaria. There are of course the obvious highlights — castles, lakes, mountains, our culture, the beer gardens, the togetherness, customs, our dialect. But there is also a kit that ties everything together in a way. Our culture, the way we see things, tolerance, joy, in other words fun, enjoyment, down-to-earth attitude, but somewhere also a healthy ambition to do well. In the end: The essence of the BMW brand. All of this is characterized by incentive travel to our home country. Experience Munich and Bavaria, action, cuisine, sport, enjoyment — but also understand what people care about here. BMW Excellence in Sales

Excellence in Sales stands for international competition among BMW dealerships worldwide. In various categories (including sustainability, customer satisfaction, electrification, etc.), the respective winners are selected by a jury. The highlight of the concept, which has been designed over several months and accompanying communication work, is the award ceremony in Munich, which is attended by around 150 winners. Our approach: We present Munich, the home of BMW, in an unusual way that is particularly suitable for the target group. The future has origins — this motto drives our narrative forward. From the origins of the BMW brand, the content of a trend journey designed by us takes you in concentric circles on the topics of electrification, new customer expectations and future technologies into a fantastic evening of honors. At the very origin of the brand, in BMW Classic, we are also staging a journey into the future through various performances. This is how a classical string duo begins to transform into an avant-garde duo on carbon cello over the course of the evening. Our dancers, first classical in top dance, end in modern dance. The event, perfectly and multilingually moderated by Desiree Duray, inspires and receives a standing ovation.

Woodmark 25 years

To mark the 25th anniversary, Woodmark invited to a two-day party that stylishly combined sporting challenges and a festive occasion. The first day was all about speed and creativity. An internal soapbox race took place on the roof of a Munich car park, in which the participants not only demonstrated their driving skills but also their design skills. At the end of the day, the most creative and fastest soap boxes were awarded a design prize and a place on the winners' podium. The following day, the anniversary was celebrated with a festive evening event at Villa Flora. A total of 230 guests, consisting of employees, their companions, customers and partners, came together to jointly honor this special milestone. The guests came to the location in glorious sunshine to celebrate a great anniversary together, to look into the future, but also to toast a successful past. One highlight was chasing the next: From an exciting panel talk to culinary delights to a 4-story birthday cake, ending in a lively party until the early hours of the morning.
