850 years of Munich - in 2008, we were commissioned by the City of Munich to design the largest and most important of three civic festivals. 250,000 visitors over three days, the involvement of numerous Munich institutions, a comprehensive security concept, several stages and a program from morning to night. Challenge, excitement, an honor to play in the most beautiful places and places in your hometown. The result: the Bavarian state capital has only rarely been experienced so lively before and never again since, say those who were there. A happy and peaceful celebration for all Munich residents. The biggest event to date for trendhouse.

Geins drinks - 150 years

Getränke Geins red trucks are an integral part of southern German roads. The beverage wholesaler — now one of the key players in the industry — grew out of a small beverage market. Organic growth, a strong family business, courage, confidence, setbacks and finally ever greater successes shape the story. Our task: An anniversary event that is approachable and authentic — staged to a high standard, yet down-to-earth. A celebration for long-time companions and the dedicated team. The iconic red trucks should play a central role, as should the company's “hands-on” mentality. Our choice of location was the MVG Museum in Munich — a perfect mix of industrial charm and festive atmosphere, with enough space for an impressive presentation of the trucks. The stage showed — with specially filmed original material — the Geins camp, from which the two hosts, the senior chefs, appeared to step directly onto the stage. The transition to the social part of the evening was an emotional highlight: a thrilling dance and percussion show staged especially for the anniversary.

60 years of Allguth

Everyone knows the location today, Bergson Kunstkraftwerk is the rising star among Munich locations. Concert hall, gallery, place to be. In 2018, it was even different, the building was a dilapidated ruin owned by our customer, Allguth GmbH. A spontaneous idea — we could celebrate our anniversary here — quickly became a concrete plan, culminating in making the ambitious renovation plans public for the first time. Our concept was born from this idea — art should conquer the building as part of the anniversary event with 400 guests in order to finally take possession of it as a manifestation of the future. And do so gradually, starting at the bottom of the machine shop, moving ever higher up, taking a journey back in time from the present to Allguth's future. At the beginning, a tape art illustration awaited the guests, which turned the wild graffiti of the Lost Place into (first) works of art. Then a sung collage through 60 years of company history, staged on the old coal stoves, finally a mapping on the interior façade, high up, which made the plans for the renovation public for the first time. A glittering party, with lots of lovely details, be it the invitation in the form of a video that only anteasts the location but not completely reveals it, or the great puzzle action that asked every guest to visualize his/her relationship with the hosts on a piece of the puzzle and bring it with them to the event. The resulting collage still adorns Allguth's headquarters today and reminds us of the great anniversary every day.
